Squealing brakes, PLEASE HELP!!!
I just replaced my rotors (Balo) and pads (Textar). I put anti-squeal between the back of the pad and the squeal plate and they still squeal. This has been happening from the moment I put them on.

Doesn't the paste go between the squeal plate and piston? That's where there is movement that causes squeal.
I also go a little further than recommendation and put a dab of paste in the caliper groove where the new pads are set in. It can't hurt and I hope I'm preventing another source of squealing.

Yes. Though it doesn't hurt to put it where you described, I'm quite sure antisqueal paste needs to be between the piston and squeal plate. Basically, when you wiggle the pad, whichever surfaces rub against each other needs the paste.
Are you using MB paste or the blue goop? MB antisqueal paste is the same thing as Permatex antisieze paste - a suspension of fine copper flakes in an organic carrier.
Does your squeal plate have a circular pattern of small holes? This design uses the paste, otherwise you may be better off using the goop.
If the squeal persists after properly applying the paste, then it's coming from the pad/rotor interface.

My last set of pads were Textars and even with the paste on them they squealed, but not all the time. I now have PBRs and they have not squealed once, even without the paste.
I think that those Textar pads a junk, they also seem to have a ton on brake dust.

I had this problem as well, one mecanic i asked did not know why! He said that there where nothing wrong with the pads and he had no clue what to do.. (Don't go to that garage)
I ended up buying "good" new pads from eurocarparts and replaced them myself, it haven't even squeeked once since that.
Don't be cheap-charlie when buying break pads.
