I agree, not as a car in general, but in comparison to the W124 I hate it, W124 or W211 for me.

When I first saw the conversion I thought it was a great idea but then as I studied it, the styling lines don't match and the rear design (especially the tail lights) doesn't match well with the grafted w210 front. The w124 has more angular lines and has it's own cohesive classic styling. Combining the two creates an awkward design. Additionally since it's fiberglass, you'll only have one or two sources for replacement parts.

I think the 210's are ugly *** hell too. If you were going to convert anything on a 124 I would make it look more like the front end of a 202 or the front end of the 140 S-class.
