How much should you be prepared to pay

For a complete transmission fluid change and new filter and gaskets at a private Mercedes shop? thanks

Expect 1.5 hours of labor @ whatever your shop charges. Mine charges $68/hr. I bought the fluid, filter, and gasket myself to save money. If you befriend the staff at the shop, they might let you do the same. Otherwise I guess $10/qt. for 7 quarts of ATF. The filter might be $20, and $15 for the gasket. I'm marking up these figures from what I paid online.
