190 vs 300e

190 vs 300e
My fiances car was just stolen. Her insurance coverage does not cover the replacement value. She stilloews alot on it as well. I now must find her new transportation and not owe money on it. My question is this, I want to buy a 300e or 190 thaat is dependable. I already have a good Mercedes mechanic. are the 190's worth it or should I stick with the 300e

They are essentially the same mechanically..the 300E being a bigger platform. Either car is good .
If you go with the smaller 190E...try to get a newer model 6 cylinder one; they are a very nice small car that IMO rides like the bigger cars. I sorta miss my old 92' 2.6...sorta
