Passenger Window

Last night i arrived home and put up all my windows. All save the Passenger's Window. I pressed the button and it sort of tilted. I managed after a little angling to press teh switch and help guide it up. I think it might've fallen off the track or something, then i noticed that it wasn't a stock window and that it wasn't as thick as the others. Are there any suggestions as to fix this or would i need to get a new window. I do have an aftermarket warrenty that would allow me funds to get this taken care of if the motor is fried, etc.
TIA

Why don't you take the door panel off and take a look inside. It not a very complicated mechanism.
