E320 Wagon w124 1995 door lock problem

E320 Wagon w124 1995 door lock problem
I have a 1995 E320 wagon. The auto door locks dont work. The pump is good bc i checked it in my 1989 300TD.
Ground appears to be good bc my voltmeter shows power when the ignition is turned on but not when turned off.
The pump simply wont run. Fuse c is good. I dont see any secondary fuses under the driver's side dash.
ANy thoughts? Did this model perhaps come with a FOB and that is the problem?
I have three kids and locking and unlocking all five door locks is challenging!
