Looks nice !

Is it black?

I know 3M makes different wood grained ones that I might try if I find another W124 with some sad wood veneer pieces. An Audi bud did it to his and its looks fantastic.

Yes sir. I was debating on using semi gloss vs gloss black. I decided to go with the gloss black though just because I had extra from a previous project. I've only used 3M brand since it held up pretty well for about 6 years in my other car.

Very nice OP!

and the gloss black looks great!

I covered all of my original (faded, chipped, cracked) burl wood in my '91 CE in 3M Di-Noc carbon fiber and I love the look.

Tip: I keep a soft bristle paint brush in my center console storage box to keep it looking good.

Did you have to fill the cracks or did the wrap cover them?

I just wrapped over the cracks since the wood trim was clean. probably best to sand and fill in the cracks if you have tons of cracks.
