UPDATE: my bad the coolant sensor did not fix the problem unfortunately. the next day the problem came up again ! sorry optimus
luckily the sensor was only a few dollars
honestly couldnt think of anything else!
in suspicion i opened up the OVP relay (which i had resoldered a broken joint few months back). so now i resoldered some of the main joints and now the problem has been fixed. need to get a spare ovp relay soon
so finally the cause of this issue was the OVP relay
