are the gears and teeth on both in good condition? none missing?

sorry for the late reply. I just popped the covers open and all teeth are there, no plastic dust either. As well, I moved the arms back and forth and no teeth missing on those sprockets either. It could have been the issue with one of them was the door pin, but I can't recall for sure.
