New ones are difficult to find, and very expensive even if available (try Carshine). Moreover, new ones are rarely in a full set that would match the rest of your original wood trim in terms of colour and pattern. So my advice is to refurbish your own. Some others have used quality adhesive vinyl (here is an example) with wood colours (many choices) and surface texture as a cosmetic fix.
