1994 E320 Electrical problems

I have recently run into a problem with my 94 E320. Was driving along and hit a bump pretty hard thay I didn't see and when I did my headlights got a whole lot brighter, and my radio cut out. Now I'm seeing that my dash warning lights (excluding the ABS, SRS and Check engine light) don't come on at all. My auto down windows aren't functioning, and the radio only works at idle. When I rev the engine up the audio cuts out but the head unit stays on. I don't see any damage underneath my car or any blown fuses. Anyone have this problem before?

To me, it sounds like a bad voltage regulator. BTDT in a 190E 2.6...

Decided to check the voltage it was putting out to see if it was the voltage regulator and at idle it was putting 17.6 Volts into the battery.. So Yeah I think it's safe to say the voltage regulator is dead.
