Need a bit of help with a vin decode

Hi lads need a bit of help please. wdb1240361c195236 is the vin of an e500 I'm looking at, on one vin decode site which also shows the data card it says the car is silver on another its dark blue, can anyone tell me which is the original colour for sure by just the vin or do i need to request a picture of the tag on the car with the code on it?

your E500 has color No. 744 which is brilliant silver and 288A black leather, see the datacard
I forgot to say that your car was delivered to the town of KOBLENZ near Frankfurt in Germany

The excel list I put together from several on-line sources and other forum members says the int #288 is Black & Grey, two tone, #271 is all black

744 is of course brilliant silver as you already mentioned. I'm attaching my build-code workbook, someone may find it helpful
