91 300E 4Matic, 99 ML320
rear door couretsy light
I need to replace a courtesy light bulb for the driver's side rear door of a 1991 300E 4Matic. Anyone know how to get at the bulb? Do I need to remove the entire interior door panel? The plastic lense doesn't snap out as I expected it might.

1994 E320
The light is "hinged." One side clips onto the panel, the other has two plug connections (+12V and earth). Pull down the clip side first.
