A124 1993 300CE 24 Cabrio Rear hood latch wont release
Hi folks, been reading lots of good informative posts other members who are having with similar problems to me. Car has not been used for some years. Rear seat and interior window panel removed.Front hood latches released.
Specifically.
Red roof toggle switch light doesnt come when operated but there is an electric sound, slow beep when switch is operated.
Roll bars wont come down, at max extension touching roof lining so probably in emergency position. Dash button has no effect.
Left hand rear window wont go down, centre switch causes window motor to click when up is pressed but nothing on down.
Rear hood latch wont release, so can not use spanner to lift hood storage cover.
Has anybody got any solutions, I am trying to solve this logically but stumped.
I have the 16 pin OBD1 box but no reader. Vin number is WDB124061 1B 939828 7
