1995 e320 100k Miles recently purchased

has a pin8 25 and 33 code that I can’t figure out. Also has no idle to 3000k power, after then it pulls. It idles and revs very smooth. I think the po owner had the timing apart for whatever reason and didn’t set the adjustable cam gear properly or not at all, causing the codes and hp loss. Can anyone confirm that? If I reset the cam adjuster I’ll regain my low hp and loose the codes..

I also have another e320 to compare and it pulls a million times harder.
