I am having acceleration problems with my 1986 300E on take off. The engine sputters for 4-5 seconds before fuel take-up smooths out. I checked the part number on my Engine Control Module and it is 0 280 800 170. When I did some research on this part number I read that it is properly fit to a 420 or 560 engine. Is the part interchangeable with my 300E or is this possibly causing my issue? Thanks.
