Hello there. I have an 1987 E 300D and recently it started blowing hot air constantly. It seems like the cold and hot are battling it out. From cold, compressor kicks in and she blows nice and cold until the coolant warms up and then its all over the place. The Auto climate control blower slows down...hot air seems to mix with the cold. I've checked all the fuses, and replaced the heater control valve...no joy...any ideas out there ?

 

this works. So where is the Heater control valve getting its voltage from
