Guys, my coupe has two openings for bolts and both are covered with rubber plugs, interestingly one of them is upside down and bolt pierces through the rubber.
I have ordered new ones but torn between installing them the way they are or the sealed part outside just like the left one in the picture.
same question about the rear fender ones.
Does anyone know what the right way of doing this is?
The number is for a chassis plug and those would have been put on there later on after the owner before you put wax into the doors. I think anyway. And the workshop manal shows nothing like it on the doors of the coupe..
So I came across this video where a guy takes off the door moulding and you can see on minute 1:15 the exact same rubber plugs, one facing inward and the other outward.
