Hi guys, can you send a Link on how to take my dash apart to switch out the headlights switch?

1995 E320 does not “click” to positions.

 

moved to W124 forum...

 

Not sure about your particular model but the plastic knobs generally pull out (with a little force) that reveal a giant nut that holds the switch in place.
Also the plastic cover is usually pried out with plastic molding removing tools so as not to hurt the dash after the knob is removed.

I had a E320 '95 for 20+ years but never had to remove the knob....
