Air Filter, Window Washer Fluid, coolant fluid
Hi,
Just wondering what type of air filter do you recommend purchasing for a 92 Mercedes Benz 300 D? I can install this myself right, no need to go to a dealer?
Also washer fluid... any type ok still for a mercedes?
Coolant fluid... same as washer fluid?

For the coolant, use either Zerex G 05 antifreeze or the antifreeze sold at the dealership. Make sure your coolant is a 50% mix of antifreeze with water. Also make sure you top off with a 50% mix, not pure antifreeze.
You'll have to find who sells air filters for your car. The local auto supply store may not have what you need. The dealer will. It shouldn't be too difficult to replace it yourself. It depends on how comfortable you are working under the hood. Try removing the old one first before buying a new air filter.
