Rear Windows: Manual to Power help
Hi,
I recently bought a w124 1992.
It has front power windows, but rear windows are manual.
I am looking to change them to power windows.
My question is:
1. Do I need to wire from the wood centre console to rear windows? Or the wires should already exist?
2. Do I cut the wood centre console for the 2 back switches, or I have to completely replace it?

From the question, I gather you are not in US. These days I would prefer everything manual for a 30+ year old car. I have a W201 with manual seats. Original owner. You can't pay me enough to convert them to power seats. Manual seats have so many advantages over power seats. Similar to power windows. Power front windows do have some advantages, but almost none for the rears.
So I do not have an answer for you just a suggestion to leave yours alone, not only is it not worth it but I think it would not add anything to the car.
