And, the original color code of your 300E should be on the VIN plate by the B-pillar.
Have no idea of the wheels. There are literally dozens and dozens of aftermarket wheel brand and design. Difficult to pinpoint the one in the video.
20+ years of inactivity and just sitting outdoor will require extensive restoration. Time and money will have to be abundant. But, if you have the passion and the necessary technical skill and tools, you should be able to finish this project. Or you may just commission a professional restorer to handle it.
I applaud your taking on this restoration. It is an excellent way to honour your father.
