CEL/Check Engine light/Diagnostic ports next to battery terminal does not work.
- CEL/Check Engine light does NOT come on at all when turn and ignition on and start. It supposed to turn on, then off as soon as the car start.
- Also the diagnostic ports next to the battery terminals does not work either when I press the reset/start button.
- Suggestion where I can find a complete electrical diagram for diagnosing CEL/diagnostic ports?
- where to get the best service / repair manual for 1994 e320?
