Stuck door panel, RR, 1995 W124

Stuck door panel, RR, 1995 W124
Help, I've run out of Strength, intelligence and strong language and the door panel refuses to come up and off, so i can replace the window regulator/motor.
The door latch/lwindow switch trim is off, as is the top screw for the interior door handle, the lock button, ash tray and liner, and the little square panel edge trim by the door strike.
The videos I've seen say that the panel is secured by a handfull of clips that only release by pulling "UP" on the door panel.
I've tried using a block of wood and a hammer and a floor jack lifting a 2x4 under the arm rest/edge of the panel. Out of "respect" for the panel, i'm being gentle.
Am i missing a hidden bolt/screw, or are explosives called for??? (I taught demolitions in the national guard, so it is kind of my "go to" solution, but it might F-up the paint/upholstery).
I've done a transmission replacement and a head gasket job with help from the forum, but i am a bit of a novice, wrenching on the Benz.
