Vibration when turning left

Recently I have noticed that the steering and floor area will vibrate when turning to left side or accelerate uphill. It won't happen when it is cruising or turning right. It feel more like the gears are rubbing/grinding each other and creating the vibration on the steering and floor area. It is not as smooth as turning right.

I just changed ATF and front tyre about 3 months ago. ATF and engine oil level is fine. What will be the root cause?
Thanks in advance

i would check your power steering fluid first. Then see if your tire is rubbing anywhere on the wheel well when you turn. Might be something in the steering linkage or a suspension bushing. A good mercedes tech should be able to diagnose the problem right away.

I don't think it is the tire rubbing the body. Will get someone to looking into the steering linkage. Hope it is not too bad to fix and $$. Thanks

Well if no one else is going to say it I will...Don't turn left LOL!!!

No seriously though...I had a similar problem with my, DON'T LAUGH...Hyundai back in 88'. It turned out to be the CV joint. If only MB's were front wheel drive we'ld have the problem solved.
