W124's
They look good. I was actually thinking about getting some if I could find them after I lower my car.
How come you didnt choose 18's or lower sidewalls?

thanks for your comments
i didn't get a 45 series tire because i want a bit of a smooth ride.
18's are way too ***** bling-bling for my 40 year old taste [just my opinion]

No rubbing at all?
I like the fatter looking tires than my thin 215/45/17s. I might switch to 205/50/17s (OE front tires for Porsche 993s), but that's gotta wait since I got the P951 to worry about now!
Looks great
hehe

Those look super Peter, wise choice...the polished face really sets it off nice.
Gotta loose the painted center cap for the new style ones with the chrome star though. Then the blingage will be total and complete !

sadly the tire has kissed the wheel well...only the very edge of it.
i may go to a 205/50/17 which is an exact fit to stock.
jim
i kind of wish they were painted instead of polished, but i'm likin' 'em!!

E500 limited bot EVO II Wheels
I don't mean to be a square, but the polished EVO II wheels are actually E500 limited wheels hence the 124 part number on them. Heres some pics of dads ride sporting EVO II/E500 limited rims
