Full xenon retrofit/replacement?
Hey guys. A few years ago I swapped out my stock halogens for the full xenon assemblies - there weren't so many options then as there are now. In any case, I'm looking to do another car with the same conversion - or if there is another full plug n play xenon upgrade out there - what is it? I don't want to have to mix and match parts, convert anything, or install anything other than what bolts up exactly to the stock mounts - like my hella retrofit did. I paid about $850 for the two. At that point I'd seen it as high as $1200. Anyone know where to get these at a good price?

I've seen a set of OEM reflector xenon for W210 for $500-600 on eBay few weeks ago, seller also posted in this forum.
Personaly, I think OEM xenon on the W211 is a waste of money, not that much brighter than standard H7 with Vision Plus upgraded.
If you want a set of xenon Hella ballast & Philips bulb (from Mercedes), I can sell you one for $300.

Quite simple: the D2R should fit straight in, and the ballast is mount into bottom of headlight. Run wire that power up bulb into ballast. Since they're OEM ballast, surge up power could be handled by existing wiring.

What's up with these? Are they really xenon? They look like the halogen kit.
