Talking Going Turbo

Okay, I want to get some parts for my 2001 E430. Yes, the title says "Going Turbo" because after I get all the main parts fixed (see below) I am planning on having a custom twin-turbo made. If anybody can point me in the right direction to getting the parts below, I would appreciate it, i'm trying to stay away from dealership because they want an arm and a leg, personaly, I'd rather give those up for the turbo setup.

I Have:
-2001 E430 Sport
-100000+ miles on the engine
-2 dead catalytic converters
-1 pretty beat up interior (it's the mileage)

I would like:
-New instrument cluster (all the lights and numbers are dead)
-New speakers for rear deck (or advice on how to keep it from rattling like a tin can tied to a speeding car)
-New catalytic converters (I think I ran something over!)
-Twin Turbo setup (what boost you think it would run?!?)

Thanks all!! I live in California, near San Francisco if anybody knows some good parts places around there.

Superchargers might be the way to go for you 430. Turbos create a lot of heat and are murder on automatic trannys because of torque surge. Also ECU programming is a PITA to map a turbo car. But nothing sounds better than a whine of a turbo
good luck
