I have seen replica Wald and it's whack. You can tell it's fake a mile away. I had fake *** Brabus and Carlsson lips and skirts, and the fitment was bad. Although it's fiberglass, the REAL wald kits are very well made. It's not cheap ****. Just make sure you got a good bodyshop to put it on and it's no problem.
Just buy it from TWS for 1900. They will give you my REAL and NEW rear bumper that is already located there. It's mine that I paid for, so when they sell you the kit, I get money back from the rear bumper It was ordered b/c the first rear bumper that came was cracked. I didn't have the patience for the new one, so I spent $1200 to fix the rear and put it on in time for SEMA 2004 I ended up paying $4000 for my wald kit, get it painted, fixed, and installed. Steep, but that's just me, I just went crazy

Whithey it was Feb 2005. No more out
Don't cut your springs!!!! Trust me, it's way low and you will regret it! Everytime you'll bounce down w/ cut springs you'll hit! Don't do it.
Where did you see the kit for 2200? $1900 is the HOOKUP price. Priced to go. I asked $2800 before, but I dropped the price.
Anyway, like I said, when you're ready to deal, call up TWS and tell em. There have been a few people interested in it, including a clown who gave me $100 deposit and then was tripping for some reason...whatever, do it soon!

Thanks Grosser.
TWS has the hookup on installing the kit. $700 should get it painted and installed. But I'd get the fronts and sides done for $500 by the shop TWS reccoments, then spend about $500 for the rear bumper by Inner Circle in South El Monte, $250 of the $500 is to make custom metal bracket. I had it done for $1200 b/c i had to repair the bumper, but the brackets are good if you got tons of bass like I did. It minimizes the rattle and makes the bumper stronger. But this is not requiered. You can alwyas the the brakets done later. ACtually maybe get the whole kit painted at the TWS recommended shop and ask them if the can make brackets if not inner circle will make them for 250.

There is no molding of nothing to do. Unlike replicas, there is no trying to make it fit or bs like that. $700 will get you the whole kit painted and installed. Then if you wanna add on reinforcements for wahtever reason may be, it's extra. In my case, I had 3 subs w/ my show setup and i didnt wanna have ANY rattle so I had the rear reinforced for $250 more.
That's all
Now get the damn kit so i can get my money and mod my car!

What's the deal with Wald these days? Seems they are starting to hook up everywhere these days. I just found out they have a dealer here with kits and entire cars. The Version 1 kit for a W210 can be had for less than USD2K, painted and fully installed! Damn, I wish they were here when I was looking for a kit.....

V1 is so so..the V2 is the hottest. BY FAR the V2 wald on the 96-99 is my all time favorite kit for the W210. There are days where I wish I had a 99 E55 so I could get that kit again!
