1997 E 320 - 2000 S500
1997 E320 Remote
My batteries went dead on my remote and I let it sit for some time.

Now that I put new batteries in it won't work.

Is there some programming that needs to be done or any maintenace I should try?

Failing that what should I expect to pay for a new one and is there any labor cost associated with programming?
