help taking front fog lights out.!.!

hello,

I ham looking to replace my fog lights w/ some aftermarkert HID'S.... I need to know the fasted way to remove the front bumber so i can get to the fogs,or if i dont have to remove my bumper how many screws are attached to the fog light?

BTW, im speaking of a 2000 e320 stock package..

YOu don't have to take out the bumper, however, you will have to lift the front up, take out the bottom cover (front one), and work from there.

Thumbs up Zam's advice is right on...

there are 6 or 8 screws, like a 7mm or 8mm hex head, and a couple of them are sort of hidden in the wheelwells. Then the whole front pan drops down, I'd recommend googles since there's usually a lot of sand, dirt and other crap that collects on top of it. Keep your mouth closed, too.

Other than that it's pretty straight-forward.

Hi Greg

Is this possible that you can provide pix for instruction how to remove the bumper on the 2000-later ? You don't have to remove the bumper, just post pix of where to remove and what to do ? Something similar to your instruction of removing steering wheel would be great.
