Can I Retrofit Window Switches
My Cousin's 99 Has The One Touch Window Up And Window Down Switches..my 97 Does Not. Will It Be Worth My Time To Purchase A 99 Window Switch Panel And Retrofit It In Mine? Will It Work?

The one-touch feature is actually controlled by a computer modulator, not switch, so I don't think replacing a switch would do that.

The switch module is different from the 97 to the 99 and is not interchangable. The electronics were redesigned after 97 so the control system is different for the windows, side mirrors and the trunk lid release.
