A/C error code question

A/C error code question
Hi,
I have a '98 e320 (w210) and my A/C works but not well. I also noticed that my fan doen't seem to have the same vigor that it once did (even on its highest setting).
I decided i was going to check the error codes using the Continetal Imports diagnostic page (http://www.continentalimports.com/ser_ic40142.html)
Upon checking the codes i found the following:
E on the left side of the screen
FF on the right side of the screen
Does this have anything to do with my front fan????
