Front seat parts swap left and right?
My drivers seat on a 2000 E430 is not as firm as the passengers after 56K miles. My question is: Does anyone know if I remove both seats can I swap any seat cusion parts e.g. the seat cusion or supports between each side? What part numbers on the significant seat parts that aid in the seat bottom support are identical for left and right?

I believe the lower cushions are the same. Some MB seats have cloth instead of leather on the side of the cushion that slides along the center console. Check to see if yours are leather all the way around.

I think the whole seat is pretty much the same except for the lower cushion which includes the passenger airbag detector.
Get a new cushion minus the leather and replace it. It isn't that hard or an upholstery shop can do it for a few bucks.
