2000 E320 Battery Drained In 2 Days
Independant repair station specializing in MB is telling me they traced the power drain down to a vacume pump under the seat by the battery. The part alone was $400.00+, bringing the repair to a total with labor of over $600.00. That's after a previous $500.00 to track down the short/power drain. I read all the "dead battery" threads and the such, but never saw anything posted like a vacume pump. Any comments?

The Pump in Question is the Central locking pump under the rear seat.
The Shop seems Very High in the labor..to troubleshoot a draw..Unless they are NOT sure how to locate a draw Two Hours max to locate the circuit..then Isolate the circuit to the Item..
