dismantlin door lining in w210 2000 model HELP please!!

Hallo, i have had a break in in my 2000 e class 220cdi, i am getting 2 new windoes from mercedes tomorrow, is there anyone who can explain step by step how to dismantle the doors (lining) i need the drivers window and the window behind it the 2 left side windows.

Anyone who can tell me exactly where the screw are located etc....

Hi again guys, about these w210 videos, do you know if this is the way to remove the panels also on a 2000 model (control bottons in steering whell etc.)??? i cant really see what vesion of the w210 these videos are for?? maybe it is the same?? or is there something im overlooking on the site???
