97 E320 Display Defective - Coolant Level

I have 97 E320 6 Cyls and this morning for somehow i got message on my dashboard screen saying "Display Defective" with Radiator icon in the midle.
When I stop and turn off the engine and pull the key, I got another message saying "Coolant Level".
I refill the coolant tank to maximum (black tank on passager side next to the fender) but I still get that message even after I press "R" to reset the dashboard.
Anyone have idea whats going on?

Thanks in advance !

Maybe there's a sensor that tells the almighty computer whether or not the coolant level is low. That sensor might be defective.

Thanks for the advice.
Would you kindly tell me where is that located?
I read some posting related to this issue from other type of car, and some of them said that the sensor is the same with washer tank.
I think I have my washer tank full

Thanks again
