Cell phone Cradle mount

Cell phone Cradle mount
I am installing Sony Ericsson phone kit in my 97 E-420 W210.
I have question in mounting the phone cradle right next to button for seat heater and between ignition and wood panel.
You can see in attached pics how whitey mount the IPOD.
I can not figure out how to mount phone cradle without making holes in the panel.
Whitey, Zam2000 or any one have any idea how to install phone cradle.
Help !!!

I found one phone/IPOD/XM mount from Panavise work great

I finished installing Sony Ericsson HandsFree phone kit in my 1997 E-420. It work like a charm.
Finally put old analog phone and phone head unit to grave.
Now I got more room in armrest and under the radio cuby is available for storage.
It took 2 hours to remove all old junk and install new phone kit.
One thing is good about 97 W210, it has 2 seperate front speakers that was assign only for cell phone, so I connected my phone kit speaker out to in dash speaker and it sound good. The phone mute on MB Radio work great, it pause cassett, radio and CD when I am making phone calls and reciveing.

$49 for Sony Ericsson HCA-20 Phone kit and help from MBMiller and Zam2000. HandsFree driving very safe and Priceless!!

Sorry, I havent been on for a while and didnt realize u'd asked for help on this matter. I guess you're fixed by now?
Anyway, to attach my holder for the Ipod, I use automotive double sided tape (the soft black gooie ones, not the regular household white ones).....it holds perfectly.
