I think you have to pull the liner out inside right? Im not sure, I tried to change the bulb myself but just took it to the dealer and he did it for free.

Hmm our car is out of warranty so i'm not sure if they'd do it for free. I searched for a DIY or something but didnt see anything. If anyone knows and could give me a hand that'd be great.

I personally have not done it however you have to take out the inside liner to get to the bulb.

I had to change my month ago.
The process is very simple to do it will take about 10mins. There are 17 plastic push pins holding the liner in place, and 2 that are located on the arm of the trunk not sure what the correct name is for the arm but those will stay in. You will need to use a small flat head screwdriver, or the specified tool recommended for removal of push pins. Remove all the push pins (17) then you will be able to lower the liner down enough to get to the light assembly. You will need to be careful when you are removing the top hat of the push pin with screwdriver the may break.

Part # 6418 (C5W) Sylvania

Please excuse the grammar.

Bomber is correct, to get to the light bulbs, you have to remove the trunk liner, though you don't to remove all of it.

Just went through this on friday. I removed the top pins (nearest to the light) and a few more on the vertical side of the trunk. Becareful with these pins, they're fragile and about 2 bucks a pop if you break them. I used my fingers and pried out the pins.

Once you get to the lights, you have to squeeze the outer clips of the lights while you're holding the trunk lid. It's kind of awkward, but you'll understand the sequence once you have everything apart.
