hey guys. as some of you know i am in the market for a '99 E55. i found this the other day. its owned my reggie jackson, and only has like 8k miles on it. should i go for it?

I do agree with Velvet's comment....
The PLUS is that you are getting almost a BRAND NEW car, even though its 7yr young car.

price it like it is. it is 7.5 years old, at the least, and obvioulsy hasnt been driven as much as it should in that amount of time... it is also old technology... good luck with the decision.

Hey good luck with the car. According to Kelley Blue Book that car should be 26795 if it's in excellent condition. That seems like a pretty good deal if it's been kept mechanically perfect.

i test drove a '99 E55 that only had 21k on it and they wouldn't take less than 32k when i offered them 29k. are those guys crazy?
heres the link to the car i test drove. it says "will not last long" and its been on the market that i know of for 3 or 4 months

Go for it? When you get it I have a set of Birdseye Maple door handles for sale when I was in the market for a 99 E55 myself. The 99 is the last year for the 18" AMG Monoblock spare tire with 245/40/18 tire. The 2000+ models have a black alloy 17" spare with 235/45/17 tire.
