Has anyone installed NOS into their W210? If so, I wanted to get your thoughts on it - good, bad or indifferent.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I've looked into this avenue before my supercharger install, honestly it boils down to finding a tuner shop with proper knowledge to do the install & DYNO TUNING. The vendor kits for EFI are pretty much similar (NX Express, NOS, TNT...etc), dry vs wet vs direct port will depend on your "shot" goal. Seeing that you have the B6.1 (11.1 CR!!!), Lorinser kompressor and PC, I'm assuming you want to add the N20 as a cooling agent and not spray a big shot....right?

Being that your in Los Angeles, I'll list you a few tuner shops to get in touch with and pick their brains for info.

Evosport - 714.901.3100
Nitrous Supply - 714.373.1986
Bottlefed Racing - 909.793.3681
Bottle Blown Racing - 805.484.3207
R&D Dyno - 310.516.1003
SIX Autowerks - 626.642.0550
Meridian - 310.475.2788
RLR Motorsports - 714.630.2091
SchoolHouse Customs - 714.497.7191

This is a partial list of local tuners I've contacted, let me know if it doesn't suit you, I have more.

Also, use the forum search button, there has been discussion regarding this topic....Good luck!

Richard023 - thanks for the great input. You are correct in my desire to use this as a cooling agent. What mods have you done to your E430?

Engine performance mods include: Brabus B10, HPS Gen II Supercharger, Gruppe M CAI, Aquamist alky injection, Upsolute Chip, Powerchip...TOO many to list!

Here's a link to some pictures of my upgrades...enjoy!

If your kompressor utilizes a front mount heat exchanger, a NOS spray bar can provide as a cooling agent, specially during track days. I personally would have used the NOS 5177 kit (50 dry shot) on my particular setup, it's a simply kit with the added window switch and plumb (2) nozzles at the bottom if the airbox.

BTW: Your E-ride is tastefully done.

Thanks, but it's still a work in progress. I really like your ride! Congrats!

Still deciding on a body kit - thinking of Wald - and possibly doing a custom widebody.
