wheel stud size?

need to order a new set of wheel studs for 02 e430. don't know what size i need. if it helps i'm gonna be sporting some 19x8.5 et35 and 19x9.5 et38.

They are 12mm 1.5 pitch ball seat lug bolts. You will have to get the correct thread lengths based on the wheels you use.

Not Quite! Ball seats lugs are 'only' for Mercedes made rims. Most aftermarket rims use cone seats. He posted same thread in Tire/Wheel section:

I am sure that is true in many cases. My OEM and aftermarket rims both have ball seat requirements. Ball seat is not only on mercedes original equipment. If the wheels are made specifically for a w210 they would probably be ball-seat. excellent point Kev. You should always check the wheels.
