1. wheels out of balance, make sure to have them checked for both inside and outside balance wieghts.
2. tie rod ends.

Is it worse on cold days/when car is cold and goes away as the car warms up? Could also be tire flatspotting or worn flex discs. A lot of members, especially 4Matic owners, notice this.

I have recently changed my set of wheels from the 17" double spoke to the 19" brabus mono VI, i noticed the vibration well before switvhing the tires so i'm not sure it has to do with balancing...if any oif these are the problem, am I looking at a big deal?

since ive only had this car in the winter it may have to do with being cold so yes that is a possibility, its been warming up but still there are cold nights.

I have the same problem. It happens when I let the gas go at 40mph. If my foot stay on the gas, it's not as bad. Turns out to be unbalance drive shaft. Dealer replace the drive shaft on my car and haven't notice the vibration.
