Problem on an E55

Well check engine light came on and I was just wondering if anyone would know anything about the problem. Went to autozone and it read as fuel trim on bank 2. So seince there are so many variables I went to a local shop and they hooked it up. When it was reading the O2 sensor readouts it was not rolling 800 to 100 it was stopping at numbers and it is something with the fuel managment. Could it be a Mass air flow sensor? Well im not to sure what it is but when I out some STP injector cleaner in the light went off. So would it be dirty injectors? Well I was just wondering if there were any problems like this that anyone has had befor

Either o2 or your MAF went bad Mercedes diagnostic would be more specific.
