The different bolt size is the least of your worries. That can be corrected with custom bolts. The offset on those wheels is way off for the W210.
The W210 can interchange wheels with the CLK, C, and SLK.
W211 E wheels fit, but will require custom bolts.
CL, S and SL won't fit (bolt size AND offset doesn't fit).

If they're simply needing the shorter bolt, 14mm ball...but still fit your 12mm
diameter threading, you no longer need to go custom. Production run of these
are now available from Otisincla.com for about $3 each
....but if the offset is whacked, then even these bolts aren't going to make
it any better.
