Can't copy COMAND Nav Discs? WHY?

I made a copy of my 2001 Nav Disc on CD-RW just for backup. I used a CD Duplicator instead of a CD Burner so the copy should be exactly the same as the original. The burned disc would not load up and a message states a DX disc is required.

NE1 ever burned these things successfully? Thanks.

Well, from a software point of view, you could make a carbon copy image with the boot sectors replicated using Nero. Also, it's a CD right? If not, try saving the CD as an .iso image so that you can burn it exactly. Copying from CD-RW won't be a 'carbon', figuratively speaking.
