Hi All, great board. I've got a 2000 E320, I've had my fair share of problems (windows regulator, squeeky steering wheel, etc.) but overall I've been pretty happy with it. The wife has always been bitter I have a Mercedes and she has an American car. So I've decided to bite the bullet and buy her one. I'm looking at a 2002 E320 with 76K miles no longer in warranty. She has very specific requirements and has to have navigation and heated seats which this one does have. Its from dealership and I checked the service records, seems like many of the common problems have been fixed already when it was under warranty. They are asking 23K, its got a few scratches here and there but overall in very good condition.

I'm wondering if there are any gotcha / big dollar items I should watch out for given the miles on the car. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
