E320 Brake Light

My 1998 E320 right brake light is not working. I swapped bulb holders and eother will work in the left side. I disconnected harnes connector, sprayed contact cleaner on connector and mating surface where bulb holder mates up and still no brake light. I am out of ideas, does anyone have anything else I could try?

Thanks.

Mark

You are going to need a new tail light assembly. What happens is the heat
from the bulbs melts the plastic lense assembly from the metal contacts.
This causes the bulb holder to not make good contact with the metal contacts.
hope this helps
