Why does this car have so many service record?

Why does this car have so many service record?
I am check carfax record of a 2002 E320 wagon. From the report I found a lot of service record, as listed below. Can anybody educate me what they mean? Why are there so many service records? Does that mean the car had problem often? Thank you very much!

Looks like normal service to me, done by a dealer that reports to Carfax.
