Can i do a peel out in a e320?
Hey. I have a 2000 E320 Stock but is it possible to peel out with it w/o using the e-brake? Also, is it better to drive in mode 4 (sport i think) etc and the asb n stuff. im new to the car.. thanks

LOL
You would have to hit the brakes and put just enough pressure to lock the front wheels. E-brake is for the back wheels, and being a rear wheel drive, it would very difficult (if not impossilble) to do it with the E-brake.

You can try the e-brake if you want to. But I would strongly advise against it.
Its possible to powerbrake it, I have done it a few times, pretty smokey.

Ok, you have to be stopped first. Lightly step on the brake and then lightly hit the gas. Gradually step on the gas hard enough till the rear wheels start to spin. If the car starts to move forward, press just a little bit harder on the brakes (just a bit). After this your rear wheels will be spinning but not your front. After you build up some smoke, let go of the brakes and floor it (if you're not already doing so). Easy!
in my 1997 e320 i can do it by turning off ASR (so the orange light in the cluster stays on). the straght six engine has so much torque at low rpm that it's almost impossible to keep the tires from chirping at stops.
omg lol.... if you are asking how, im not sure you should be doing it in the first place... turn the ASR off hold the brake about halfway then ease the throttle until the back tires spin, it will do it i used to do it all the time in my 97 E320. ill post some pics of me burnin em off! lol

well if it makes you happy then I pulled it off last night. Quite simple though car was stationary, lights turned green, release brakes rapidly and floored it. Quite an annoying chirping sound but still a peal out

Yipee, we have a winner!
Do you need new brake pads?
